Please be advised that these Sales Conditions govern the terms and conditions for purchasing products ("Products") displayed on the following website ("Site"): www.lostadults.shop, operated by LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrls (VAT number:  LU31157272, REGISTRY N.: B224170)

These Sales Conditions are an integral part of each product purchase agreement and must be fully accepted by the Customer before placing each individual order, as defined in Article 1 ("Order") below.

LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrls reserves the right to modify these Sales Conditions. Any new Sales Conditions will be effective upon their publication on the Site and will apply to all orders placed from that moment onwards. The previous Sales Conditions will continue to apply to orders that have already been placed.

SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

These Sales Conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of Products submitted by the Customer to LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl through the Site. For the purposes of these Sales Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

• SUPPLIER: LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrls, VAT no.: LU31157272, REGISTRY N.: B224170, website: www.lostadults.shop email: info@lost-adults.shop
• CONSUMER: Any natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession;
• PROFESSIONAL: Any natural or legal person acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession, or their intermediary;
• CUSTOMER: A consumer;
• ORDER: The order placed by the Customer with LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl to purchase Products, as outlined in Article 5 of these Sales Conditions;
• PURCHASE AGREEMENT: Any agreement entered into between LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl and Customer for the purchase of Products, in accordance with Article 5 of these Sales Conditions;
• LUXEMBOURGISH LAW: The laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

CONDITIONS

Through the e-commerce service provided by this Site, LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl offers Customers access to a virtual store where they can purchase the Products, subject to the terms and conditions provided herein. To purchase Products, Customers must:

1. Register on the Site – shop.lostadultsgroup.lu, if not already registered;
2. Log in to the Site – shop.lostadultsgroup.lu after identification using the User-ID and password provided by LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl upon registration;
3. Accept these Sales Conditions.

Only Consumers, not Professionals, are permitted to purchase Products through the Site.

PRICES

The prices applied to the Products are those displayed during the checkout process when placing an order with LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all prices are considered "inclusive of VAT" and in Euros (or the applicable currency). LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl reserves the right to change prices at its sole discretion, including multiple times during the same day and without prior notice. However, the new prices will apply to orders that have already been placed by the Customer.

PAYMENT

Payment for orders can be made by credit card (accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, [Other Accepted Cards]) and will be processed using a secure payment gateway and system, ensuring secure, confidential, and accurate transactions. Payment is processed on the same day the order is placed, following necessary checks. This means that payment will only be executed at that moment, ensuring that withdrawals are not made before order execution. LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl reserves the right to cancel items from any order that are sold out.

EXECUTION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The Purchase Agreement is executed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined in Article 5, provided that Customers have followed the order placement procedure detailed on the Site's E-Commerce Area. The Products displayed on the Site constitute an offer by LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl to Customers but do not bind LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl or constitute a public offer. LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl is entitled to accept or refuse orders placed by Customers within ten (10) days of receiving the order. During this period, LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl will inform Customers of its decision to accept or refuse the order at its sole discretion. LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl may refuse orders for unavailable Products or for delivery outside of Luxembourg. In case of order refusal, Customers are not entitled to any claims against LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl. The order is considered accepted when Customers receive an email confirmation of the order ("Order Confirmation"). This Order Confirmation includes all the information required by Article 53 of the Consumer Code.

Customers are responsible for saving and/or printing the Order Confirmation, as it contains all the relevant information regarding the order and the present Sales Conditions.

DELIVERY

LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrls delivers Products to Customers using selected couriers and/or mail services. Shipping risks, including any import duties and taxes, are borne by the Customer. If a parcel is not collected, any import fees related to the return will be deducted from any refund. Upon receiving the Product at the delivery address provided by the Customer, the Customer must inspect the Product to ensure the quality and quantity match what is indicated on the shipping documents. In case of discrepancies or non-compliance, the Customer must document these issues in writing on the shipping documents (e.g., waybill) to preserve their rights.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TERMS

Estimated delivery times are as indicated on the Site and are valid from the date of the Order Confirmation. The actual delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and destination.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As per Article 52 of the Consumer Code, Customers have the right to withdraw or exchange products within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the Products. If certain Products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from the delivery date of the last Product. However, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• Customized or tailor-made Products;
• Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned due to the risk of deterioration or rapid alteration;
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals;
• Services that have begun execution within the ten-day period with the Customer's consent, as per Article 64, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code.

Customers must follow the withdrawal procedure outlined in the "Shipping and Return Policy" section and initiate a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers must carefully preserve the Products they intend to return, including the original internal and external packaging.

CUSTOMER DECLARATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Customers warrant that the personal data provided to LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl is accurate and allows their true identity to be identified. Customers must promptly inform LOST ADULTS GROUP Sàrl in writing or via email of any changes to the provided data.
