All orders outside of the European Union are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) shipments. Countries may be subject to custom fees, import fees, and taxes; these are the sole responsibility of the client.

European Union customers can return the order, entirely or partially within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

Shipping fees are covered by customer.

All sales outside of the European-Union are final. Exchanges are possible, shipping fees are covered by customer.

Please reach out via email before initiating the return / exchange process to guarantee smooth process.

Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging and all included materials (such as dust bags and covers), along with a copy of the invoice.

The items must remain in their original, unaltered condition, which means they should not be damaged, washed, worn, or modified in any way. All original security seals must remain intact.

If the returned item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
